CETraC Directorate over the years has built capacity for over thousand corporate executives and organizations both locally and internationally. Most of our participants are from Ghana, the Liberia, Gambia, Cameroun, Togo, Niger, Chad, Benin, Nigeria, Guinea, La Côte d’Ivoire, Korea, the Philippines etc….
The Center for Excellent Training & Consultancy (CETraC) Directorate is mandated to undertake advisory services and demand-driven capacity building in both public and private sectors. CETraC focus on projects, innovation and institutional capacity building aimed at providing clients with practical and implementable solutions.
CETraC Directorate coordinate the development of new value adding ways to meet existing, new or inarticulate needs. The Directorate will accomplish its mandate through more effective processes, services, technologies, policies or ideas that are available to Center for Excellent Training & Consultancy (CETraC), government, market, and society. Also, the CETraC Directorate offer technical and professional advice to other revenue generation entities of Center for Excellent Training & Consultancy as well as administrative and academic support to CETRAC programmes.
CETraC Directorate support a pool of specialist consultants who are hands-on at providing objective advice on policy formulation, strategy planning, organizational development, operational and procurement management with the aim of creating value and improving organizational performance. The Directorate consultancy services will be process-oriented and result-based.
